📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder relationships.
• Create and distribute engaging content for our internal and external audiences using tools like Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage media relations and coordinate press releases, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop targeted communication plans to engage key stakeholders effectively.
• Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics to measure the impact of our communication efforts.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate communication.
• Assist in organizing and executing internal and external communication events and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate communication, media relations, or a similar role.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing communication strategies.
• Strong understanding of media relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
