📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design standards and project timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and maintain construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure project success.
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored architectural solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural project coordination or a similar role.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
