📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting regular safety and environmental inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Developing and implementing safety and environmental management systems.
• Performing risk assessments and identifying potential hazards to mitigate risks.
• Training and educating employees on safety protocols and environmental best practices.
• Ensuring that all projects adhere to environmental and safety regulations.
• Monitoring and reporting on safety and environmental performance metrics.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure that safety and environmental considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
• Maintaining accurate records of safety and environmental incidents and implementing corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS coordination or a similar role.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental and safety regulations.
• Proficient in using EHS management software such as SAP, QHSE, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
