📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process patient payments accurately and efficiently using our in-house billing system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with precision.
• Manage patient records and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth and accurate billing processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station at all times.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for billing and record-keeping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
