As an Account Receivable Executive at YLF Marketing, you'll be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the company's accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Issue invoices, statements, and reminders to clients, and follow up on overdue payments
• Resolve any issues or disputes with clients, working closely with the sales and customer service teams
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses for management
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in accounts receivable management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
