Gardens By The Bay is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Protocol Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing premium hospitality and event services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and coordinate high-profile events and hospitality services for VIP clients.,Manage and oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.,Ensure the highest level of service quality and attention to detail for all events.,Develop and implement event marketing and promotional strategies.,Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.,Monitor and report on event performance and client feedback.,Maintain and update event databases and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management or protocol coordination.,Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile events.,Strong knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
