📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement expansion strategies to drive growth in the real estate and property development sector.
• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, conducting thorough market research and feasibility studies.
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely and budgetary compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and sell our projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Report on project progress and performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate and property development, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of market trends, investment strategies, and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Knowledge of Indonesian real estate regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
