📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire payroll process, including data entry, calculations, and distribution of payments.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Work with HR to process employee benefits, bonuses, and other payroll-related transactions.
• Use SAP Payroll and Oracle PeopleSoft to streamline payroll operations.
• Generate and distribute payroll reports and statements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in payroll management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Payroll Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in payroll management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using SAP Payroll and Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
