📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about GraPARI's products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process customer orders and transactions accurately using GraPARI's online platform.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
• Familiarity with GraPARI's products and services is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
