📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the blowing production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Supervise and mentor a team of production operators, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor production output and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to prevent downtime.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on blowing processes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading production teams.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using production management software such as SAP or similar.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
