📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and food safety standards.
• Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, and marinating as required.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning equipment and work surfaces.
• Follow food safety guidelines and hygiene practices to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Work efficiently and accurately to meet daily production targets.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food preparation.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Stay updated on new menu items and cooking techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Previous experience as a cook helper or in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
