📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee inventory control and stock management, ensuring accurate records and timely restocking.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and support.
• Train and mentor junior store staff to ensure high performance standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor store sales and performance, providing regular reports to management.
• Participate in store promotions and events, contributing to overall sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or store administration role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of retail operations and best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements.
