📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.,Update and maintain customer records and databases.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English (preferred).,Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is a plus.
