📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.,Identify and target potential customers and clients, and build strong relationships with them.,Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and use this information to develop effective marketing campaigns.,Create and manage marketing materials, including advertising, promotional materials, and social media content.,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve business goals.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the HORECA industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
