Puskesmas Anggi Mart is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our in-house restaurant. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our team and community.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train the restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract customers.,Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget, ensuring financial stability and profitability.,Collaborate with other departments within Puskesmas Anggi Mart to enhance the overall patient and visitor experience.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain proper documentation.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Proven track record of managing staff and budgets effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
