📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide feedback.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
