📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including production, quality control, and inventory management.,Develop and implement strategies to improve our operations and drive growth.,Work closely with our team to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and that our customers are satisfied.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our team is up-to-date on best practices and industry standards.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that our bakery is a safe and welcoming environment for our team and customers.,Work with our marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive sales and growth.,Develop and implement cost-saving measures to improve our bottom line.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management, quality control, and production processes.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.,Experience with data analysis and reporting.
