Hokian Jaya Bakery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales transactions, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth operation of our cashier counter. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales transactions at the cashier counter with accuracy and efficiency.,Assist customers with product information and recommendations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Handle cash and other forms of payment securely and accurately.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the manager.,Train and supervise junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or cashier role in a retail or food service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
