📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant dining environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet quality and service standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand standards and operations.,Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational and financial targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
