📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise front desk staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing information about the restaurant and its services.,Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.,Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.,Monitor and manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.,Train and develop front desk staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage and supervise staff effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations is a plus.,Familiarity with basic computer software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
