In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administration, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies,Coordinate with the accounting and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting,Lead and mentor junior finance staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts,Handle and resolve financial queries and issues from various departments,Ensure the timely processing of payroll and benefits for employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or administration role,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices,Excellent organizational and leadership skills,Proficiency in using financial software and tools,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and practices
