📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing benefits.
  • Assist in employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in training and development programs for employees.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in performance management, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
  • Support the HR department in any other tasks as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
