📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons to ensure a high standard of education.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support their learning.,Collaborate with the Head Tutor to develop and implement educational programs.,Maintain a well-organized and engaging classroom environment.,Support students with special educational needs and provide additional assistance as required.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methods.,Assist in the preparation and marking of assessments and exams.,Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English.,Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.,Certification in first aid and emergency response is preferred.
