📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor loan performance, identifying and addressing potential delinquencies and defaults.
• Implement strategies to minimize loan defaults and recover outstanding amounts.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining the integrity and security of our operations.
• Manage and oversee secure collateral management, including inventory and valuation.
• Collaborate with the loan operations team to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing.
• Provide regular reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting key risk indicators and trends.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit control and risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit control, risk management, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
