📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.,Assist in organizing and conducting recruitment events and job fairs.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
