📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Handle all front desk transactions, including check-in, check-out, and reservations.
  • Manage guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  • Monitor front desk operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with hotel policies.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and local language (Indonesian).
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid ID and work permit for Sulawesi Selatan.
