📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the HR function within the hospital, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that the best candidates are hired for each position.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring that they are in line with the hospital's mission and values.,Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the HR department, ensuring that it is meeting its goals and objectives.,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HR, and implement them as appropriate.,Participate in the development and implementation of the hospital's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
