📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Supervisor in managing and supervising the team.,Ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and are performing their duties effectively.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations.,Participate in training and development programs for team members.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Proven track record of managing and supervising a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Good understanding of operational processes and procedures.,Ability to use computer software and other relevant tools.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
