The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe transportation of goods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and available for use.,Plan and schedule vehicle routes and deliveries, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status to management.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
