📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.

Maintain and update employee records and documents.

Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.

Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities.

Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Assist in the preparation of reports and other HR-related documents.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Support the HR team in any other tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
