📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily operations and staff scheduling.,Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Assist in training and developing new staff members.,Oversee cash handling and financial transactions.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and quality control processes.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.,Knowledge of restaurant operations and management principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian language.
